By registering for the cricket tournament trial organized by Rameera Sports Management Private Limited (“the Organizer”), the participant (“You” or “Participant”) agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

  • Participants must be within the age group specified for the trial.
  • A valid government-issued photo ID and age proof must be submitted during registration or at the venue.
  • Participants must be medically fit to take part in the trial. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant deemed unfit.

2. Registration

  • Registration must be completed online through the official platform or at authorized centers only.
  • All information provided must be true and accurate. False or misleading information may result in disqualification.
  • Registration does not guarantee selection for the tournament team.

3. Fees

  • Registration fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • No cancellation or transfer of registration is allowed once submitted.

4. Code of Conduct

  • Participants are expected to maintain discipline and follow instructions given by coaches and event staff.
  • Any form of misconduct, cheating, or inappropriate behavior will lead to immediate disqualification without any refund.

5. Equipment & Attire

  • Participants must bring their own cricket gear unless otherwise specified.
  • Appropriate sportswear must be worn at all times during the trial.

6. Selection Process

  • The selection panel’s decision will be final and binding. No correspondence or disputes regarding the selection will be entertained.

7. Health & Safety

  • Participants are responsible for their own health and safety. The Organizer will not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during the trial.
  • It is recommended to consult a doctor before participating in physically demanding activities.

8. Media Release

  • By registering, you grant the Organizer permission to use photographs, video recordings, or other media taken during the trial for promotional purposes without any compensation.

9. Liability Waiver

  • The Organizer shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage to person or property during or after the event.
  • Participation is at the sole risk of the individual.

10. Right to Cancel/Postpone

  • The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the trial schedule due to unforeseen circumstances without any liability or refund obligation.
